Developing provision and curriculums to meet the demands of new technologies and employer/sector needs; Developed a new Academy for apprentices within Laing O’Rourke enabling talent retention; Developed a new Technical Apprenticeship with Persimmon Homes facilitating growing their own managers of the future; Developed new NVQ’s in Youth Work at levels 2 and 3 working with the majority of the voluntary, unitary and regional youth work services; Developed a new “Modern Apprenticeship” with LLUK Sector Skills Council; Structured and delivered a new competency based sales training programme for Peugeot Motor Company; Developed and delivered a bespoke top down management training programme for Quadron Services, Managing Director through to first line supervisors, subsequently improving their bottom line by 13%; Developed and delivered a bespoke time management programme for Cabletec ICS Ltd sales and administration staff improving staff performance and retention; Developed new or existing HNC/HND Degree level qualifications for a number of sectors; Developing curriculums to deliver in different modes such as on-line provision/support.

Developing and managing detailed market research, business and marketing plan for a major vineyard [PLC] to enter new markets culminating in a new start up on-line wine export/import business into the UK [worldwide transplant ability]. This also included developing social media and SEO support.

Capturing significant quality data and transforming this into information that supported a national strategy to report CITBs quality of delivery to Ofsted or its equivalent.

STRATEGIC THINKING
